Florida SHOTS™: Keeping SHOTS in Check

If your office uses eClinicalWorks, you can implement data upload. Here’s how:

1. Contact eClinicalWorks to receive version 7.6.46 or greater.
2. Ask your eClinicalWorks support representative to activate the “Immunization Export Feature” for the State of Florida.
3. Contact Holly Graff, Florida SHOTS Implementation Specialist, at 904-755-5167, and she will help you complete the form to receive a secure ftp site from Florida SHOTS.
4. Holly can then schedule an on-site visit with your office to show a staff member how to easily upload a file.

Immunization data can be uploaded to Florida SHOTS daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

If your office uses Allscripts software, you can implement data upload. Here’s how:

1. Call 1-800-877-5678. Press Option 4 to reach an inside sales representative to learn how the Allscripts electronic interface to the Florida SHOTS registry can positively impact your practice.
2. Contact Holly Graff, Florida SHOTS Implementation Specialist, at 904-755-5167 in order to complete the forms to receive a secure ftp site from Florida SHOTS.

2. If your software links: Contact Holly Graff, Florida SHOTS Implementation Specialist at 877-888-SHOT extension 6, or email her to get data upload started in your office.
3. If your software does not link but you would like for it to: Call Diane McLeod, Florida SHOTS Technology Field Rep at 877-888-SHOT extension 9, or email her so she can contact your software company with your request.
