- Contact eClinicalWorks to receive version 7.6.46 or greater.
- Ask your eClinicalWorks support representative to activate the “Immunization Export Feature” for the State of Florida.
- Contact Holly Graff, Florida SHOTS Implementation Specialist, at 904-755-5167, and she will help you complete the form to receive a secure ftp site from Florida SHOTS.
- Holly can then schedule an on-site visit with your office to show a staff member how to easily upload a file.
Immunization data can be uploaded to Florida SHOTS daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
