Meet the Field Team: Part One

published by: Kim V.

Our Florida SHOTS™ field team works with health-care providers, software companies, immunization coalitions, and others all over the state of Florida to build a comprehensive immunization registry. Our field staff works diligently to help offices maximize the benefits of Florida SHOTS, and we wanted to share their contact information with you and a little bit about each of them. Please join us in welcoming the field team.

Keenan Farrar:
Keenan is the regional coordinator for the Tampa area and travels around the region enrolling and training health-care providers and meeting with immunization task forces. When she is not on the road, Keenan is busy enrolling practices over the phone and tracking utilization levels in her territory.

Dianna Gosendi:
Dianna is the regional coordinator for the Jacksonville area and is always impressed with how Florida SHOTS can make tracking immunizations simpler for health-care providers and patients. As our longest-tenured regional coordinator, Dianna has watched the registry’s functionality grow over time through data upload, electronically certified 680s, and access to schools and daycares.

Holly Graff:
Holly is the implementation specialist for the entire state of Florida. Holly spends her days working with practices by phone, email and web meetings to ensure Florida SHOTS data upload is working smoothly, and they are enjoying all the benefits of the registry. Holly is proud of Florida SHOTS’ contribution to the high immunization rates in the state as well as the overall health of Florida residents, in part due to those high immunization rates.

Diane McLeod:
Diane covers the state as the technology field representative, a position that mixes technology and sales. Diane mainly works with a cross-range of people including health-care CEOs, programmers and software companies to develop Florida SHOTS data upload linkages and grow the registry’s data upload reach across the state. Lately, Diane has been working successfully with large standalone clinics, like Minute Clinic and Take Care Clinics, to contribute to the registry through data upload. With more patients visiting stand-alone clinics for intermittent care and vaccinations, having their data in the registry is important for all health-care providers across the state.

We’ll be introducing the second half of the Florida SHOTS field team on Thursday.
