680s Not Displaying Complete Records?
published by: Kate H.Did you enter shots into a patient record into Florida SHOTS but the 680 is not showing all the shots? Check in your Florida SHOTS database and view the vaccine list for that patient. A red asterisk will appear next to the invalid shot. Place your mouse over the red asterisk for an explanation of the issue regarding that shot entry.
