After you enter shots into the registry, don’t forget to electronically certify your patients’ records. Once records are e-certified, you will be able to give parents access to their children’s shot records.

As your staff changes at your practice, keep your list of administrators updated in Florida SHOTS. Only personnel designated by your practice will have access to your Florida SHOTS account.
If it is time to update the personnel in your Florida SHOTS account, use the Quick Tips Guides in the training section of www.flshots.com for step-by-step instructions of how to add or delete personnel.
