published by: Aliera P.If your office uses Misys Tiger PM or Misys EMR software, you can implement data upload. Here’s how:
- Find out if you have Misys Query (a reporting program from Misys).
- If you have Misys Query, call Misys Support at 1-800-877-5678, ask for DSS (Misys Query Support), and request an upgrade to version 8.10 or greater. Misys will mail a CD with the 8.10 Query upgrade. After you receive the CD, call Misys Support again and ask for DSS for installation help.
- If you do not have Misys Query, call Misys Support and inquire with Support about how to obtain Misys Query version 8.10 or greater.
- Contact Holly Graff, Florida SHOTS Implementation Specialist, at 904-755-5167, in order to complete the forms to receive a secure ftp site from Florida SHOTS.
- Holly can then schedule an appointment with your office to show a staff member how to easily upload a file.
Immunization data can be uploaded to Florida SHOTS daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
