- Full training is available online as soon as your application is processed.
- Call 877-888-SHOT (7468) to request Web-based training, and we will give you a username and password to access the course.
Full training and refresher training are available online once your application has been processed. Log into your Florida SHOTS account, and you can access Web-based training under the Customer Support tab.

Visit the Florida SHOTS parents’ site to learn how going on record with Florida SHOTS can keep your child’s records safe and secure, no matter what.
If you include your child’s record in Florida SHOTS, your health-care provider will be able to:
- Access an automated, updated immunization history for your child.
- Provide automated immunization forms, needed for school or day care entry and attendance.
- Receive an automated reminder due or overdue immunizations.
- Activate an automated notification if your child has a contraindication to a vaccine or has experienced an adverse event to a specific shot.
